I honestly think Bent will be up there, Sunderland is a good club for him. Torres? Maybe, i'm not convinced this season will be a good one for him yet. He'll probably be up there just because he's Torres and a bad season for him is an exceptional one for anyone else. Gerrard will be up there too. This is my list, in order.

I think either Liverpool or Chelsea will win the league. I think we'll be fine for goals with; Kuyt, Aqualaini, Riera, Johnson etc all chipping in (and Agger if fit).
Tottenham won't score many from midfield; lennon, Modric, Huddlestone, Palacios are not exactly prolific.
Michael Owen will score a decent amount in a goal:games ratio but IMO will be injured much of the time and not play too often.

You could be right with Rosicky as his injury doesn't seem short term. Wilshere will play an increasingly important role for Arsenal as the season progresses and I wouldn't be surprised to see him earn a call-up for the England World Cup squad.

The UTD 99 team was the best at sharing it around, fuck me Sherringham, OGS, Yorke, Cole, Beckham, Scholes, Giggs and Keane were all good goal threats.
Then you have the times when a top man got shit loads like Fowler, Rush, Clive allen, Shearer ETC
Some teams are even lucky to have defenders that get 5+ PL goals.
With our two defensive CMs we have to rely on wingers and strikers only
