Fair call. I’d like to see us win the FA Cup just because Klopp hasn’t won a domestic trophy. The double would do nicely.

Why would that be wrong? Two reasons. One: it'll mean we've failed to ride the wave of our title win and strengthen to stay ahead of the pack. Two: that title win has been achieved by a record margin so there is no way on this planet that we should be "happy" with 4th now, signings or no signings. We beat Barca with Mo Salah's stand-in playing like a boss and scoring twice. We should demand - and we should expect - nothing less under any circs.whatever.

Look how far city fell, due to not being able strengthen in the right area, its fortunate for them the rest of the comp is so shit. I'm pretty sure FSG hugely impacted by the coronavirus across all its companies, and I imagine they'll sell players to cover the big black hole, and have probably written off next season

Domestic cup + CL or League would mean progress, as that would mean we would have competed on many fronts.

But that's a tall ask, and it's unlikely we do it.
