It's pretty fun and it helps prevent carpal tunnel syndrome which I have a fishy feeling that I have.
My muscles have firmed up cos of this toy and it's just a freaking lovely feeling when your wrists work inertia like a bitch.
My current record stands at 12956rpm (right hand) and 11242 (left hand).
I've been trying for days now trying to get past the 13k mark but to no avail.
Wankers would probably beat my record easily.
