If so that's a helluva own goal. Let's face it the blues are gonna hate him anyway, he's not gonna be any more or less hated coming to us.
 
Seems a flimsy reason to walk out altogether though. Either he's a prima donna in the making or someone's tapped him up.

Having said that, I wouldn't feel too guilty about it if that someone turned out to be us.
 
Surely there has to be some easy pickings from that Ghanaian team. A number of players impressed with speed, ball control and passing. Don't remember if the young lad mentioned in the OP was one of them though.
 
I didn't really notice him until the very end of the game against Uruguay - it was his header that was palmed out at the end of normal time, then he missed a peno in the shootout.

The one I'd be interested in is Asamoah in midfield (not Asamoah Gyan the striker, a strong player who had a reasonable tournament but still struck me as a bit raw). We could certainly do worse if Masher leaves.
