This documentary about Danish youngster Mikkel Damsgaard, 20, is worth the watch for anyone interested in how talents are found, developed and nutured.

He grew up in my neighborhood - kinda - and has been dubbed the biggest talent in Danish football since Michael Laudrup. That is obvious an insane tag to give anyone - and I don't think he's now better than Eriksen was at the same age - however, he's an immensely talented, intelligent attacking midfielder. Such a joy to watch play.

Sampdoria paid FC Nordsjælland in the region of £6M for him this Summer and I will - of course - keep an eye out for him to check whether he will become Liverpool-material and let you all know.

Spoiler alert; He will.

Ok, not that I doubt you but...20 years old, not even in the Danish national team...hmm
He turned 20 a month ago so I wouldn't put too much emphasis on his lack of senior Internationals at this point. He's thriving in the U21 Denmark squad that keeps on winning and he could easily have had his first call-up by now, if it wasn't for Corona.

However, he is still behind Eriksen, Delaney and Højbjerg in the midfield pecking-order so there is no need to rush him. Let him show his worth in Sampdoria first. But the raw talent, the footballing brain and the right mentality is all present.

So what are your views on Patson Daka and Dominik Szoboszlai both under 22?
