Yep. Obviously there's a lease agreement in place (it's usually 1 year rolling in the UK if not a short term let) which will dictate when the tenant has to vacate (usually both parties have to agree to continue the lease).

They all want to live in the same affluent areas close to the clubs, certain postcodes are especially sought after.

In those areas it's quite tricky to find properties cos they don't often come on the market (let's face it if you have a 4m mansion you're not gonna want to move), but obviously players & managers will buy or rent & then move away to another club, so they can let other players know its available to rent.
