That's what that article says in that paper, & everyone has been saying verbally for weeks. The only reason it's as big a story is that 'the TOP PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALLER' has taken out a 'superinjunction' which prevents anyone saying that in print or on a website. Twitter folks immediately tweeted who it was, & he's now suing Twitter & the users involved.

He's not actually suing Twitter though is he? He's asking for everyones IP address that has named him and will then go after them. Because Twitter is based in San Fransisco he cant sue them as the UK courts has no jurisdiction.
