Username missing or changes needed

Someone do me a favour please and reinstate my initial Fallon account with a password reset. I KNOW I got the password right and I still cant get in, did send an email about it about a month back but got nowhere, took me this long to be arsed to sign up to ask this, but swapping managers is a good enough reason.

Dunno what the original email was, but can send to the email on this if need be.
