Urgent Help....Phone Robbed

Apparently my phone was nicked from my car last night.
I have reported it to my provider, who can do me a deal.
I can have my original phone a Nokia E71 and it will cost me £100 or I can have an INQ Chat for a special offer for £10. Now I really like my E71, but do I like it an extra £90 worth.

Any advice would be great , but I need to make a quick decision.
