Just been reading about these two - anyone seen much of them ? Opinions ? @Pesam ?

1. Norwich will reportedly demand up to £30m for midfielder James Maddison this summer, having refused to sell the Liverpool and Tottenham target in January.
The Premier League duo have been tracking the Canaries star all season, but now the Daily Mirror claims that Manchester City have also entered the race.
The former Coventry star has scored an impressive eight goals and also have fives assists for an inconsistent Norwich side in the Championship this season.
The Canaries refused to sell the 21-year-old in January, having already allowed winger Alex Pritchard to join Huddersfield for £11m, while striker Cameron Jerome headed to Derby.

2. Liverpool could make a swoop on tough-tackling Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi by summer as reinforcement in the department is likely to be a priority.

Germany international Emre Can is set to leave Anfield at the end of the season, leaving the Reds with the need for a direct defensive midfield replacement.
Since completing a £17million switch from Belgian outfit Genk to Leicester last winter, Ndidi has been in fine form, hitting the ground running and proving to be the perfect N’golo Kante replacement for the former Premier League champions.

The 21-year-old Nigeria international is the proper defensive midfielder as they come, with his 109 successful tackles the most of any player in the topflight thus far this season.

Ndidi hasn’t only excelled in the anchor midfield role for the Foxes, he has also proven his technicality on the ball, completing the most passes (1312) of the club’s current players, while also topping the charts for most aerial duels won.
The Nigerian could help combine perfectly with the incoming Naby Keita to devastating effect for Liverpool, and the duo can help recreate the missing midfield tenacity the duo of Javier Mascherano and Steven Gerrard once brought to the Reds midfield.

Feel free to add any other ideas from lower PL / Championship / other non-obvious sources

Yes N'Didi!

Don't think I've seen the Norwich player, and if I have it's possible I thought he was Pritchard or vice versa

Hopefully we can now embark on a lengthy and tedious debate about what constitutes an 'under the radar' signing.

It's no 'what does world class mean' argument, but it'll do until one arrives

One thats not advertised on an hourly basis by the Firm would be my definition

I reckon Ndidi will end up at a top four/six team sooner rather than later.
I'd like it to be Liverpool.
Dacoure (spelling) from Watford looks like another with huge potential

I don't care whatever the rules set out for posting players...but this is my wishlist

Morata
Sessegnon
Milinkovic Savic
Bernd Leno
Pulisic or James

Actually fuck it....buy everyone... everyone.

Pulisic is destined for the Mancs I reckon.
He is a boyhood fan and seems happy to be linked with a move there.

Izquierdo also looks good for them but havent seen enough of him to say if hes cocnsistent

Noooooooo!

He would be stupid to choose playing for Mourinho over Klopp though. And with Alexis there I doubt United will have the incentive to pay over the odds.

Yes Dacoure will be one that attracts interest from bigger clubs, looking for what used to be called the 'new Vieira' but might now be 'the new Kante'

Him and N'Didi will be linked with plenty of clubs in summer, including us, as we get the 'strong midfield presence' or whatever we decide we need, even after Keita arrives

Got to say that Milivojevic was quite impressive as the DM in a shite Palace performance at Everton. £14m he cost them.

A 30 million transfer fee doesn't sound like it's under the rada signing

It's way over a rada signing, darling!

I don't get a chance to watch nearly as much lower league football as I used to but as it happens I've seen enough of Maddison to know he's got a real chance of becoming a top player. He is a very clever player who reads the game extremely well, he has an absolute rocket shot which is as accurate as it is explosive and he links play very well. He reminds me a bit of a better version of Robert Snodgrass and with more pace. His weakness is, despite the fact he likes to be continually involved he is not exactly whole-hearted when it comes to tackling. I certainly don't think we are in a position to risk £30m on Maddison though but for £20m + add-ons we should be sniffing around.

The other Norwich lad Alex Pritchard who signed for Huddersfield last month and had a stormer against Bournemouth is another worth keeping an eye on. For a couple of years I've thought he could make an impact in the EPL and I think Tottenham might end up regretting letting him go a few of years ago.

I only saw highlights of Maddison, but he looks quite impressive. A bit like Lallana with better shot.

I know he flopped when he was at Newcastle but he was young and since in my pov turned a corner. This season he has 14 goals and 10 assists

Struggles in England but thrives in [bcolor=transparent]France? I've heard that one before?[/bcolor]

He spoke in an interview on why he failed at Newcastle, at the time he was physically weak and just naive as to what he was getting himself into. Anyways it turns out the Marseilles President has started talking of fees of £150m not being enough, and there's me thinking a fee of around £30m was good fee.

Move on to the next guy: The guy looks very composed in defence.
