Twins

Just learned that me and the wife are having identical twins.
Twins! Massively excited but absolutely terrified at the same time.

Does anyone else have them and can you offer me any consolation about how difficult this is going to be?
I already have one daughter (aged 5) so hopefully she will start to pitch in down't pit.
