Basically, he's a Liverpool fan and we would make it happen if we weren't dickheads. It's ok though, everyone thinks we're awesome for signing firmino

So basically, he will hate the manager, the shit players, the owners, and pretty much everything except Coutinho.

We've been linked with him for 10 years now. Should have signed him when he moved from Gala.
Now, not so much.

[article=http://www.marca.com/en/2015/06/26/en/football/spanish_football/1435337249.html]For many, 'less is more', and that certainly appears to be the case for Arda Turan. He did not use those exact words, but the Turk has explained his reasons for wanting to leave Atlético de Madrid: the money on offer at other clubs and the physical demands of Simeone's playing style.

The club had wanted the player to say exactly what he wanted, rather than listen to his agent. Following the trip to China, that conversation finally took place over the phone and the midfielder apologised for Ahmet Bulut's behaviour, but confirmed what his agent had said: that he wants out.

He wants to leave because he is struggling with the physical demands of Cholo's game. He would rather play in a system in which he is exempt from defensive duties. Arda missed several big games with what seemed to be minor injuries, including the last game of the 2013/14 season, the Champions League final, the last game of last season and the key game in their quest for third place, against Granada.

Atlético have told the Turk the conditions under which he may leave the club. His buy-out clause is €41m. Although they may not insist on as much, the club will only listen to serious offers.[/article]

It would be a bit weird him moving to chelsea if he wants to skip the defensive side of the game. Chelsea and Simeone's Athletico are pretty similar in terms of the regimented expectations of even attacking players.

He should come to Liverpool where nobody bothers with defending.
