His mates have left and he's probably sad.

I knew we should have kept Xabi!

Our entire team hates Rafa.

It's obvious.

3 goals in 4 games, who cares?
[/quote]

indeed.

he was smiling after his goal today.

I made a thread last week regards to this, summat is not right with that boy. Could be a million and one things or a combination of some.

A happy, up for it Torres is un-playable by the opposition. We need to get him in that frame of mind what ever it takes.

What are yis all talking about?
He is scoring freely, what more do you want?
I couldn't give a fuck if he cries his eyes out for 89 minutes, he is doing the business in front of goal and long may it continue.

And, in fairness, if you were getting kicked from every angle by fucking clubbers like Cahill and Knight you would be pissed off too.

I'd suggest it's the fact he's not had a real rest for 3 years.

That & niggling injuries must take it's toll on your outlook, even when 100% fit it doesnt mean your 100% recuperated & mentally ready for game after game.

I dunno. You might be right, but being injured is a kind of rest. Most players who come back from serious injury are just thrilled to be able to play football again - unless they don't feel they're completely over the injury. I wonder if that's part of it?
