Tottenham play Watford at home (safe), West Brom away (will be down by then) and Newcastle at home (safe).

9 points right there.

Spurs finished 3rd in a 2 horse race. They’re the biggest bottlers going.

Well, yeah. Wish it was that straightforward.

We had WBA (down), Stoke (down). 6 points right there.

But we got 2.

When we played them, West Brom weren’t down and neither were stoke. A win in either game for then would have helped massively.

West Brom wont be down by the time they play Spurs though. Swansea are playing the same day at the same time. They need to win.

A little bit nervous now.

Still think we'll make it and may even put it to bed at CFC since we'll be playing with a full strength side. If we do the business at Roma the boys will be on a high and I can see us getting a result as Chelsea will have to go for the win.

CFC will win at home to Huddersfield but may struggle for a win at Newcastle. However we will field a full strength side and so should still beat Brighton in the final game, meaning should the worst happen and we lose at Chelsea that result would still be irrelevant.

Spurs will cruise into Top 4 winning their remaining games (H Watford, A WBA, H Newcastle, H Leicester), it's between us and Chelsea with us odds-on.

As others have said, Spurs came 3rd in a two horse race, I wouldnt rule them out just yet...

Last year’s champions just need to beat us at home and hope we only draw at home against Brighton the same way we’ve just done against stoke.

Honestly those of you who are confident clearly haven’t been paying attention for the last 30 years or so. There’s about a 25% chance we’ll mess this up.

We just need 3 points out of the next 2 games to qualify for top 4 regardless of other teams results.

Honestly those of you who are cynical clearly haven't been paying attention for the last 30 matches or so. There's about 75% chance we'll make this.

We only need two points, or one if its against Chelsea.

25%? Love a decent stat, me.

Last year's champions also need to win their 2 other remaining games. All these Spurs/Chelsea games against fodder are givens, while our game is not. I can't say for certain if we will make the top 4 but the same logic is seemingly not being applied across the board.
