They've had more than fair share of luck so far tonight. They've not actually been that good or Everton that bad.

I think he's a very honest manager who's done a good job with very little. When he took over at Hull he's mandate was to keep them in the championship. He's done an excellent job there. And it's nice to see a young british manager doing well.
