I have to confess to quite liking that socks rolled down, anti-style, journeyman, hard-working grafter who got goals thing when he was a player. Quite refreshing. Equally I have to confess to wanting to donate his organs to medical research, immediately, because of his "commentating" which is actually a string of guttural grunts mixed with "Mike Bassetts famous football cliches" and "when I played..." painfully stretched anecdotes and "insights". Appalling.
