afraid we won't be able to challenge Chelsea unless we can get a good striker to partner Torres. 12 in two games + 8 in final game last season. new PL record?

If Babel is off to Wolfsburg, there's a possibility he might be looking at N'zogbia, given that he's handed in a transfer request and all. Wouldn't be surprised to see it get reported actually.

Why? I watched the game up until the first goal and Wigan were probably the better team. Yet despite having a number of good attacking opportunities N'Zogbia had multiple chances to cross the ball into the box and regularly failed to beat the first man. He isn't particularly quick, skilful, or hard working so why do so many people want us to sign a player which is the definition of average?

N'Zogbia is quick, does work hard, has a lovly left foot, can take a good set piece, can score goals. He is far above average as far as I can see.
