OK, Joe Cole gave away a free kick in the 2nd half. He remonstrated with the linesman and thus exposed his bald patch for everyone with a decent stream to see. My mate has the same problem and has a thick head of hair apart from the 10p spot at the back of his bonce. I shave my head, but my mate has that Samson complex and thinks the ladies like a good head of hair.

So what's better? Shaven head (I seem to remember Cole rocking a number 1 or 2 few years back), leave as is (and thus allow the spot to get bigger), plugs (ala Shane Warne), or that crazy spray on stuff that Jimmy White used to endorse?

I always knew I was receeding, but when I was in a pub toilet they had a mirror both on front and behind me, and I noticed a huge bald spot on top that no one had ever pointed out to me.

So I shaved it.

And my friend (in his mid 30s) is sporting a side part that Barton and Parker would be proud of. 😱

Not bad really. I look better with a shaved head so it's OK.

Definitely shave. I have a friend desperately clinging on to his thinning plate & it isn't good at all, just go with dignity man!
