if the rumours and the possibly briefed article relating to our summer spending splurge are to be believed, we're gonna spend a record amount his summer.
Let's say we have 150mill to spend once Phil's departure and others have been taken into account. Rather than a thread on a potential shopping list of players, it would be interesting to know what you all think about the way to approach the spending of the war chest. It's clear we need quality additions, but, would you rather blow the lot on three hugely talented 50mill signings, or go for proven but not quite top talents and go for five of them around the 30mill mark ala Mané?
I gues if Phil stays, it becomes three thirties or two fifties so maybe needs considering twice.
