I'm only loosely following it, but the Saudi stories are strongly reminded me of the Peter Madsen trial. Every story he made up was disproved quickly, and then he came up with a new one. Before eventually being found guilty of murdering the journalist on his submarine.
Here we have the Saudi's claiming he left the embassy unharmed, to later admitting oh he died in a fight in the embassy - but it wasn't anything to do with the Saudi Prince.
Then the stories about the phonecalls to the Prince were detailed.
And now the Saudi's are refusing to allow a search of the water well in the embassy. And clearly aren't willing to offer up his body which would disprove their bullshit.
Crazy.
