Sponsors do give the clubs millions of pounds per year. Or are you talking about kit manufacturers?

Exactly this. He has no evidence to show he has progressed the careers of players being brought through the clubs youth system..

Certainly non of that going on at Chelsea, Milan or Madrid..

Chelsea used to buy young up and coming players to stop their rivals buying them..

Best example Shaun Wright Philips..

And how much of that has happened at Madrid and Chelsea before or after Mourinho was there?

Good point.. You would probably find far more than before Mourinho was at the helm.. Certainly Chelsea 1st time round b4 ambramovich.. but then that's probably the owner more than the manager..

Anyway my point is he has never been in position when managing clubs to promote youth, he always been at clubs that demand instant success..

So this Youngest Team to win the title Bollox the press keep banging on about is not really all that is it?? Especially when they are talking about promoting youth..

That list he referred to at his press conference regarding promoting youth was comical to read.
