I like that they waited until after we beat them, so they can moan about that one, and we can give them stick.

He was doomed, Divock the destroyer of men and Shaq the destroyer of managers have both scored and made this inevitable.

Last season Mourinho was sacked by Utd after we beat them , this year Silva gets the sack after we beat Everton. Is this a double trophy of sorts? 😉

Marcelino lands in London amid Arsenal speculation Metro Sport ReporterSunday 8 Dec 2019 9:27 pm Share this article via facebookShare this article via twitterShare this article via messenger 451 SHARES Marcelino is thought to be in the frame for the Arsenal job (Picture: Quality Sport Images/Getty) Marcelino has reportedly flown to London on Sunday, amid speculation linking him to the vacant Arsenal manager’s position. The Gunners sacked a former Valencia and Sevilla manager, Unai Emery, after a poor start to the season but are now considering hiring another, with reports claiming they had made contact with the 54-year-old last week. Arsenal’s head of football, Raul Sanllehi, is stepping up his search for Emery’s replacement, with interim boss Freddie Ljungberg failing to arrest the slide after starting his reign with a draw against Norwich before defeat to Brighton. Marcelino has also been linked with the Everton job (Picture: NurPhoto via Getty) Ahead of the trip to West Ham on Monday night, Marcelino caught a plane to London, according to Super Deporte, which will further fuel speculation he could end up in the dugout at the Emirates. The former Villarreal manager has also been linked with the post at Goodison Park, with Everton chiefs deciding to end Marco Silva’s reign at the club. Interim manager and club legend Duncan Ferguson got his spell on the touchline off to a good start, masterminding a win over Chelsea. Marcelino was sacked by Valencia in September, despite guiding the Spanish side to the Copa del Rey title last season.

Surely seems like Pellegrini is next. West Ham board must be sitting there and wondering why they are not doing anywhere as well as Wolves and Leicester despite comparable investments in players (and the players they bought are mostly quite good). Pellegrini is one of the highest-paid managers in the EPL, but he just can’t seem to coax any consistency or fighting spirit from his players.

I think that the move to the New stadium has killed West Ham. It sucks the intensity and atmosphere they had out of their game.

They have a ok squad at best. Noble as the driving force in midfield is at best yesterdays news and their squad is a bit unbalanced. Worst part of their game is defending themselves and it might well be that time has left Pellegrino, who was a very well respected coach in Spain due to his teams playing good football, struggling to keep up. But not sure what can save them.

Everton's next manager?

Vitor Pereira, according to the usual knobheads. Another Portuguese.

He's had, if we're being kind, a somewhat peripatetic career.
