I wouldn't sign Kane anyway TBH. I don't think our greatest needs lie in that position and I wonder whether Kane will thrive if he leaves Tottenham, or at least London.
We'd never get the guy in a million years but the ideal signing for me would be Kante. A player like that releases so many others around them to do well/better.

Sanchez would re-define our front 3 ... They'd be practically unplayable. As would Suarez ... but scoring goals isn't our main issue imo ...
Hence, I'd go with De Gea. A great goalie would transform this team even more. Someone like De Gea, who's made average teams good teams would take us to the next level imo.

As others have said goals are not our problem otherwise I'd have Suarez all day long. We need a keeper a left back too but our Achilles heal is is midfield and I'd go with Judge J on Kante he's made a massive difference to Chelsea

Every attack has off days, no matter how good it is. We just need players to stop us conceding on those days.
De Gea is a great shout. Start from the back. If it was for a striker I'd like a pacey player like Abumayang (sp.?) but there's no doubt that Kane is the most natural finisher England have had since Shearer. He's a bit of a throwback really, but I think he has proved that he is going to be a 20-a-season man for the duration. Unfortunately.

So true, reading he is off to Italy for £25m ! makes me want to cry, we should be all over this - surely we can outbid the milans and juves of the world
He's already rejected us. Can't seeing him changing that or staying in England TBH. He'll want to compete for the CL.
Money talks squigs and surely we can offer more than Milan or Inter and probs even Juventus. Blimey Milan or Inter are not even in the Europa league places and are heavily linked with him
