He's waiting for an updated offer.. as the last one was laughed at by Mo.
That we've signed with New Balance again and that this pic isn't ancient
Hansern will take it as deal done and signed and everyone is made up.
Others will (rightly) take it as a dig by team Salah that the deal being offered by Liverpool is laughable.
So nothing to do with Mo coming 3rd in the world's best player vote then?

Well - once Salah is gone, at least we will all be able to sit back and enjoy the unfettered progress of the Pittsburg Penguins.

Frankly I don't think its a question of only money.
I would imagine the opportunity to win Balon D'or would appeal more to him than money. If we had won the league or Champions League last season he would have been ahead of Lewandowski in the final ranking. If we win either the league or CL this year as well he again has the chance to win it, but the frustrating thing is we seem too passive in chasing that. He is holding his end of the bargain. Our club though are fooling about not signing anyone whilst keeping our fingers crossed our rivals don't gain too many points as we wait for an injury free return for all the stars participating in the little tournament.
If we can bring in at least one player who can improve our squad and remove the dependence on Salah and Mane and strengthen our pursuit for CL, I think he would sign for some reasonable contract with performance related bonuses.

I'm not convinced it's Mo that's going. Kloppo keeps sounding bullish about that, plus Diaz is a left-sided player so I'm betting he's Sadio's replacement.
Yep Mo and Klopp both sound very keen on him staying - he'll re-sign. Mane however, a decline and no discussions whatsoever about an extension, now that sounds more like an agreement for him to move on. That and the fact we've now signed his replacement. I'd still prefer to keep the lot of them and slaughter all and sundry next season.

So would I, not least since Sadio's always been a streaky player and could well return to form with a bang next season. If he does leave, I'd just as soon it wasn't to another Prem club.

Except they did think twice about paying Mookie Betts what he wanted and he was traded.
