After the 4-1 at Old Toilet I e-mailed a Manc mate of mine a message via www.careerbuilder.com/monk-e-mail, with content you can imagine. He now tells me he's cycling round France, so he tried to open the e-mail in an Internet caff and it crashed the computer. ;D
