Let's end this right-wing/right-wing forward nonsense this Summer and have him competing for the striking positions. The fact that we've prioritised N'gog over Kuyt for the striker position is completely crazy.

I do have a love/hate relationship with Kuyt, but today he is hero. A real hero.

I doubt he'll put up with being on the bench nearly every game behind Suarez and Carroll.
The right hand side is his only realistic prospect of staying in the starting line-up next season.

There's enough games to keep all three happy up front.

Kuyt has always been best up top for us, or in an advanced wide right position in a 4-2-3-1. A deeper right midfield position has always exposed his limitations and for too long we've seen him played there.

A good manager knows how to put a player into the best circumstances to succeed, so while I agree with Kuyt playing up front I don't see why we need a campaign to ensure he stays there. Kenny has his shit together.

Exactly, look at the scum......shitarito, berbatov and rooney. If we have big aspirations next year kuyt is a must to keep the pressure on the 2 new boys as I hope he will have been relieved of his right hand side duties with the signing of a world class winger!
