Milner is just the man.

Excellent role model, and should be captain this season.

Will he play often enough though? I agree, though, he's a superb professional and a great role model for the younger players.

Not even his expertise at holding a stick behind his back whilst kneeling on some two-by-four will persuade me of his merits.

I had to do exactly that exercise at my recent BUPA healthcheck. Flexibility, balance and muscle test or sommat.

I scored a 1 0r 2 (out of 3) in all of them. (I think 3 was bad and 1 was good).

I was quite pleased when I was told this was an OK result, until I realised that the same scale and exercises is used for anyone of any age and weight, so they get 90 year olds to do the same thing and morbidly obese people, and they are all scored the same way.

So I'm in pretty good shape compared to an old aged pensioner or Rosco.

Same goes for the muscle/ fat test, blood pressure and the cholesterol level checks. Basically, if you score badly on anything, you're totally fucked really
