Today, 21st February, three years ago I signed up for a forum called Six Crazy Minutes. I had been a lurker on Koptalk for the previous few years and its demise left me homeless in the internet world. I first signed up for Est 1892 having been directed there by the Jamie Kanwar blogs that at the time were carried on Newstalk. I never got to post on EST because almost immediately after that I found here and the high content of familiar avatars and usernames drew me in. Since then I have spent wayyyyyy too much time on here, as my hours logged in will attest to, but it has given me endless hours of pleasure, pure football porn it is. Although I am not a prolific poster, and I feel guilty that my contribution to the site is far outweighed by what I take from it, I do feel part of the SCM community.
So, I though it would be most appropriate timing, as I celebrate my third SCM birthday, that I say thank you to you all. I would like to say a particular big thank you to all the mods, past and present, that have made spending time on this site such a worthwhile experience.
Sunny, who I have had the great pleasue to have met, who puts so much time and effort into making the site the great one it is, Oncey, who is Mr SCM, FFF who is always willing to help out us more technically challenged posters, Rosco, Le TallecWiz and more lately Nessie and Whaddapie and Sheik too of course.
I salute you all and I thank you sincerely for giving us this site. Cheers lads.
