Does he EVER shut up?

Argentina's elimination from the World Cup has left Carlos Tevez reeling and the striker says he could quit football if his passion for the game does not return.

Argentina were among the favourites to win the World Cup in South Africa but were shocked 4-0 by Germany in the quarter-finals last month.

"It's the hardest thing I've experienced in football," Tevez told the Estudio Futbol programme on TyC Sports on Thursday.

"And now, telling my family I want to give up football, is not easy.

"I have less and less will to carry on in Europe. I'll be here two or three more years and then I'll go back (home)," the Manchester City striker added.

"I've got to see if I carry on playing ... it's difficult to quit now but if football doesn't make me happy and doesn't fulfil me as it used to, it's hard to carry on playing."


I wish he would just give it up.

Bullshit attitude to have. At least someone like Stevie G can come out and state that all of the english team have something to prove and then get on with it and put in a proper performance like the other night! He's more of a role model to kids than Tevez could hope to be!

Im not suprised Tevez is feeling this way...

At Man City he is just another highly paid player in a club that is trying to buy the league - Everyday there is talk of another playing coming in.

I think he would have loved to stay at West Ham but because of the third party that own his soul he had no choice.
