They certainly got on well when they were both at Dortmund. Aubameyang is on record as crediting Klopp with making him the striker he is today. I've just done a quick search and couldn't find any direct quotes on the question whether he'd want to play for Klopp now, but I doubt that would be a problem IF a deal were possible.
