Can't watch it. Bores me rigid. Buzzer beaters on ESPN America (before BT Sport came along and that smug cunt Jake Humphries ruined my sport watching) was funny though.
And yet I'm obsessed with MLB. Funny old world.

I've never been able to get into either baseball OR basketball, but I love NFL. One of my favourite occasions ever in sport was when my team, the N.Orleans Saints, won the Superbowl for the first time.

I've never played it properly. We stopped playing it school, too many fights. Had three lessons each one ending up in being given a lecture on it being no contact, so we asked if we could just play footy instead & they gladly gave in.

No contact?!

Basketball is an infinitely harder sport than football. Requires more strength, more contact, more athleticism, more skill - more everything basically.

Footy is a poor comparison.
