Ports, no-one's saying Samba's a poor player. Plenty of good players are not good enough for Liverpool. IMHO Samba is one of them.

Sorry I just don't agree! If available, I would always pick Samba ahead of Skrtel or Agger. He's immense in every sense of the word! 🙂

In typical, Jordan Henderson fashion, I say lets put in a cheeky £16m bid and see what they say.
Del, they'd want more but they'd settle for that if we played hardball, because they'd know they were getting a good deal. If you want to plant an oak tree in the centre of your defence, Samba's fine. If you want someone a tad more mobile and classy, you need to look elsewhere. Hence LFC needs to look elsewhere, IMHO of course.

Apologies, I was just being provocative. For the record, I don't think we should spend £16m on Chris Samba.
Carroll is an embarassment to the club. He has produced absolutely nothing for us since his transfer to Liverpool. He doesn't realise what it means to play for Liverpool. His lifestyle and training ethic as per Pepe leaves much to be desired.
Samba is diabolical. Not good enough for Liverpool. We have Coates and Kelly. Do we really need another CB?
Get another striker and a decent winger or 2
