Luis Suarez is expected to complete his transfer from Ajax to Liverpool on Monday after successfully passing a medical this weekend.
The Club agreed a fee of up to 26.5million Euros with Ajax for the transfer of the Uruguayan international on Friday and a Liverpool FC spokesperson tonight said: "Luis Suarez has successfully passed his medical and personal terms with the player have been agreed. We expect to complete the remainder of the paperwork tomorrow."

I am excited about Suarez, as mentioned he will be the kind of player who chases down everything. He mentioned himself that he looks at the prem and sees Tevez is a success here and he thinks he can follow, if he can show the passion and fight Tevez can show while also banging in the goals then I can't wait!

I'm less excited about this deal now Torres is off. I was looking forward to seeing them as a pair and seeing a new formation too. Now we'll be stuck with two holding players and one up top chasing around like a yard dog. Great.
