Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo?

Has anyone been/does anyone live in these places?

Coming back from Asia via here cos the flights are stupidly cheap but obviously it's gonna be expensive in these places and I'm broke

I'm in each for 4 days, does anyone know the dirt cheapest areas and places to stay? and the really cheap things to do as well
