I'd least like Spurs to win it. Because it would probably guarantee them years of success under their manager, whereas another failure might just encourage him to bugger off.

Chavs. Because Spurs winning it would be hell on earth them lording it over us with a "Where's your Premier League title" despite winning fuck all in 50 odd years.

Both of the above responses. I'm used to Chelsea winning - hate them but I can cope. Spurs would be another bunch lording a title over us. And more importantly, a win would help position them better for long term success.

We will never compete with the chavs financially and so better for us in the short / long term as spurs are our closest rivals

Fuck Spurs.

So, yeah, the plastic bellends instead. But its like choosing between the bad aids and the nearly as bad aids with the only difference that you dont bleed from your eyes.

One of these cunts will win the league (obviously).

Which do you prefer and why?

The overwhelming majority of Liverpool fans dislike Chelsea more than Spurs. That majority is even more pronounced when it comes to Liverpool fans from the UK.

Neither club were ever really a threat during our glory decades, and there was never any genuine rivalry or dislike to come near the intense dislike for United or Everton (or Leeds for a while). They've both been irrelevant for decades, although Chelsea have always had the worst scumbag fans.

But Chelsea's improvement in the days of Vialli, Zola and Desailly made the competitive rivalry increase, and the arrival of the fucking Russian crook, Kenyon and of course that fucking cunt Mourinho, allied with the regular cup meetings and European nights - and the Benitez/ Shitcoat animosity - created a very real dislike between us and Chelsea.

As for the title. I don't care really. Like most Liverpool fans, I hate Chelsea more, but that doesn't mean I'd be happy to see Spurs win it.

As many have pointed out, Chelsea winning it is more of a regular, accepted, money-driven occurrence. Spurs winning it might just hurt more, despite the increased dislike for Chelsea.

I'm all for Spurs winning it- fuck Chelsea.

Might have something to do with the Melbourne Spurs fans being based at my pub.

I quite like the Spurs fans I know.

I think Chelsea will win it because they have a better schedule, should have fresher minds and bodies from fewer games played this season and not playing at a frenetic pace, and still have that 4-point gap that gives them a bit of margin for error. And because Spurs will Spurs.

Spurs have relied on their fantastic home record to get to where they are (15-2-0) but their away record has been much less impressive (6-6-3). Their two remaining home games are against Arsenal and Man Utd, and they have 4 away games left.

Chelsea, on the other hand, play none of the top 6 in the final stretch, and play 4 times at home - they've got the 2nd best home record in the league (13-0-2), just after Spurs. Their trickiest game is probably the away tie against West Brom.

I think I can just about tolerate a Chelsea win because this team has done it before so they won't feel as special, and will be less preening cocks than this group of Spurs fuckwads. Try to visualize Alli, Kane and Son doing that pissy handshake dance shit with the trophy under their arms... now go take a humongous shit, then fall and slowly drown in it like you would in quicksand. That's how I think it'll feel like watching the cocks take the title.

Prefer Chelsea,at least Conte doesn't talk shit like that special one.
Till Spurs win the premier league,it is always a lesser club compared to LFC.

The correct answer.

I feel that spurs are one of our rivals, whereas the rentboys are just a sugardaddy club so shouldn't be considered in real world football. So having one of our direct rivals winning it would be a kick in the balls.

I guess it's too much to hope Chelsea lose 2, draw 3 and only win 1 of their remaining games with a -2 goal difference over their remaining games.

With Spurs losing 3 games in their tricky run in..... and us winning our remaining 5 games with a +8 goal difference.

We'd be champions on goal difference.

Ahhhh fuck it.... it's not over till it's over - THE TITLE IS STILL ON!!!!!

A new twist on the Boom/Bust cycle! The Boom/Bust/Boom cycle.

Spurs 100%. Good to have someone new win it. Chelsea would be demoralized. I have Spurs friends who are decent lads.

Oh and they won't win it.
