As expected really, if Lallana and Sturridge arent quite there yet fitness wise.
Would have started Lallana mind.

Hmmm... hope to see Lallana and Sturridge early in the second half. I struggle to see where the goals will come from. Southampton typically have a decent defence and well guarded by Romeau. Only Coutinho and Firmino are likely to do anything.

Lallana played 80 mins last week and has had 6 days rest. How the fuck is he fit enough for the bench but not fit enough to start ?!

We are going to struggle with Lucas in midfield, as we did vs. Southampton at Anfield when he played there in the semis (in fact this is virtually the same team).

Wijnaldim also needs to put in a good shift, as he was horrible in the last game
