Sol talks like an entitled twat. If he was white he'd be lampooned to exactly the same degree. I'm not saying that there isn't prejudice amongst chairmen throughout the English leagues. I don't doubt there's plenty of subconsciously racist idiots as you go down the leagues and the low number of black managers in the game is an embarrassment. But Sol is not the man you make that case with.
