Thats cos Mourinho doesnt hang around long enough to be interested in the kids! He has tried it with a few tho! Most recently Davide Santon at inter (he's still a bit young though and itd be hard for anyone to take zanettis place off him).
Anyways he's free to take over now....madrid just sacked pellegrini!
