Great. Another thread with 6CM's tongue firmly up Mourinho's ass crack. All we need now is Terrier to come running along and start posting furiously about "The King".
Unfortunately, you'd have to still go with Ferguson. One of the hardest things to do in football is achieve longevity and that cunt has done it. Mourinho is a fantastic manager and certainly one of the best, but it's undeniable that he has picked his roles well and it would be interesting to see him having to rebuild a side before talking about him as the best ever or whatever.

This argument goes round in circles, but he's now won titles and European Cups with teams from three different leagues. Porto weren't a brilliant side and he still managed it, Italy was deemed dead and buried a couple of seasons ago. You can always pick holes in the best of managers. People could say that for Fergie to become completely infallible he'd have to do more on the European stage. I understand your point, but it doesn't really take much away from the guy, he wins trophy's consistently both domestically and in Europe and seems to adjust easily to different leagues and styles of football. Unlike some, obv.

two CL titles given the length of time he has been in charge whilst isn't not poor it certainly isn't great, bob won more in half the time.
