I'm not. He's got himself a couple of goals and that's great...but overall I think he's detrimental to our style of play. At least put Borini alongside him and add a bit of pace.

Based on the last two games, I can't say I agree with that, maybe when we're back in full flow.
But he hasn't been detrimental to that, at least he's scored. The only reason we lost both those games is because we failed to get a foothold on the game and to defend pretty rudimentary attacks. Had he been supported by Sterling AND either Coutinho or Lallana against Ludo, it might have been a different story in terms of chances. We might have just created enough to outscore what our diabolical defense would inevitably let in.
Borini's fucking shit, watching him feign injury and scream like a girl is almost more annoying than watching Balotelli act like he doesn't give a fuck.
Translation: I've shoved a gun up his throat. I smiled and said I would kill him unless he ran away. He burst into tears and I hit him on the the back of his head with the butt of the gun.
I doubt Rodgers did all that without feeling him though.
But against a clogging Stoke team I think he will be good. But agreed we need someone in and around him to feed off scraps.
Brendan's too short to do that to the lanky Mig, maybe struck him really very hard in the kneecap?
