The downside of having my company pay for my phone & contract is they impose their security rules on it & so I can only add apps via the official app store 🙁

How long do you reckon before this is officially available?

Hopefully be live in the play store within a week or so. We've finalised our design & ready to be submitted, jono was working on getting it submitted this evening.

Not sure on the ios app, but I'm betting those cunts take longer than a week to approve anything.

In my experience iOS apps tend to take about three weeks or so to get approved.

That said this should fly through I'd bet cos the only thing we've changed are pretty superficial from the tapatalk app, & we're not running ads through it so nothing to complicate things there.

Pretty much. There's a 'byo' (build your own) tapatalk app site, we can customise some things & then it creates the app, we play with it, tweak it, let you guys do the same, tweak some more, upload the images & then start the proper submission process which tapatalk handles with the app & play store.

I have been unable to fix the splashscreen landscape issue, a ticket is with Tapatalk as we speak..

I have submitted the applications to the Android and IOS store, should appear within the next 7-14 days. Google play is usually the quicker of the two..

Android will host two version, 'Stable' 5.1 and 'Beta' 5.2 .. Beta tbh is stable, so if you want the latest features go with that..
