Ship him out?

I'm not sure if Andy Carroll will ever fit into our style of play, or what Rodgers plans are, but he definitely deserves a bit of time and patience because there's a lot of effective ability there. Rodgers and Liverpool simply have to give him the opportunities to shine and by that I mean set up their play to suit Andy Carroll. At least then we can say we tried. If we've got no such plans then yes, we should sell him, because having a £35M striker as an 'option' or 'super-sub' is unacceptable.

We have to stick or twist with Andy Carroll - half measures and compromises will just be a waste of everybody's time, so for now I say: stick.

That seems rash, Larry..

I don't dislike Andy mate. I just think he dictates a certain game that I don't want us to play. Plus, I just don't think he's all that. If someone offered 20M+, I'd take it. If we're going to get daft offers, which is probably likely, we may as well persevere.

Wouldn't sell him and im confident he'll kick on and have a stormer next season although i have this bad feeling he mightn't fit into Rodger's style of play. Really hope that isn't the case though.

He'll fit in brilliantly

Danny Graham is hardly s silky mother fucker is he!

Apparently as mentioned already, they want him on loan.
Waste of time and regardless, would like to see Andy Carol been given an extended run up front with Suarez. We have invested a lot of money in him and far too early to now to cut our losses, give him a proper go and with Rogers, who seems an intelligent manager, should be able to make it work.

They probably don't want him at all. This is most likely paper talk.

As for whether we keep him, that's down to Rodgers. If Carroll doesn't fit into his plans, there's no point keeping Carroll and watching his value drop back down.

Yeah, we wouldn't want his value to drop.

Phooey. He'll be worth a fair bit more at the moment, after the way he played in the later part of last season, than he will be if he stays here and becomes the forgotten man of the squad while Rodgers builds a system which doesn't have room for him.

I for one am not saying he definitely won't, but the possibility is there. The fact that he's played with Danny Graham at a previous club doesn't necessarily mean he'll want to do so with Andy Carroll at this one.

It's a tactic that worked though. Graham, considering how average he is scored a healthy amount. Carroll could be fantastic under him with direct service
