Scouting: Danilo (Porto RB)

Danilo (Porto) vs Benfica. Read somewhere that lots of scouts attended this game.

We've been linked with both this Danilo (along with several other big clubs) and another more obscure one from some other club (I did say this other guy was obscure). Anyway, the rumour is that this Porto Danilo is headed to Real Madrid (or Man Utd might hijack it - if they do, I hope he's really shit).

First time I've seen him. Didn't look too impressive in this clip - looked a bit like Glen Johnson actually.



Spending big money on a full back/wing back isn't something I'm in favour of anyway (we've done it once - see Johnson).
