The Arsenal one was a pen for me but it's an incredibly stupid interview from Rooney. He must've known there's plenty of evidence of his diving.

Yeah, I could see it given BUT his leg 'goes' to drop him just before contact is made. Not strictly simulation, but pre-emptive dining at the least. It's Almunia's fault, not his, but it's not strictly by teh book from rooney.

That said, it's not enough to make me angry even if it were against us, if a keeper does that 9 times out of 10 you concede a pen, regardless of the players reaction.

I was looking for it on youtube but couldnt find it. That was the one that left Arsenal on 49 games winning streak wasnt it?
