Everyone of those cunts deserved it from our Andy. He’s not a cunt - he restores equilibrium.

I’m not comfortable with using the term shithouse to describe Andy Robertson.

Depending on your definition it has a cowardly element to it, which he is not. The other side, sneaky wind up merchant, maybe but i don’t really agree with that either because he’s only doing it to those deserving.

i prefer to call him my favourite player amongst an amazingly likeable squad

Exactly. Where did this "sh!thouse" crap come from anyway? It would be hard to imagine a player LESS deserving of that description.

I saw some children on reddit talking about Robbo's insane level of shithousery. To me a shit-house is someone that will hide away from trouble that they have usually caused. Robbo epitomises that hard as nails Scottish mate, with the heart of a lion but the frame of a wee small bairn, that dick-heads often underestimate to their cost.

I had to try to describe this concept to my ten year old. He asked why I described what Milner did as 'Shithousery'.

So I tried to describe it. Probably badly. Also included what shithouse traditionally meant in Liverpool, &, somewhat understandably, the kids head was fucking battered.

That term, has somehow become the schrodinger cat of scouse slang. It simultaneously means Keita shitting out of a 50/50, & Robbo winding up every player who tries to match him man for man on the pitch.

There's no way to explain it logically. No way at all.

He's very smart in that when he gets a player, the ref has moved on, and it's hard to really see it as deliberate.

I credit him with turning me 100% against that disloyal swine, Suarez. Don't ever let me see him back for a legends game (Luis)

Nah I’d have Suarez back over most. I’d rather a wonderful player who nearly singlehandedly brought us the title than most of the shite we’ve seen play for us in the last 30 years.

Yes, the easiest way - although still imperfect - is that one indulges in shithousery, but that does not always mean that they're a shithouse; the latter being normally someone who is a bottler; the former, one who does sneaky, underhand and/or mean things on occasion, some of which are very funny.

There is some crossover, but I agree that describing Robbo as a 'shithouse' is incorrect.

Fuck off with that single handedly shite, he was part of an incredible attacking unit with Gerrard, Sterling, Coutinho and Sturridge. We scored over 100 goals that season and played some incredible football.

When is the last time a player that was sold came back? Hasn't happened since Fowler right?
