RIP Nat Lofthouse.

He is even before my time! I believe he scored many of his goals by dumping both the keeper and the ball in the back of the net.

Ee, it were a man's game in them days. 🙂 😉
 
A true footballing legend unlike many of the overpaid prima donnas today. RIP
Nat.
 
Hard player as well as a good footballer. When Lofthouse was around no keeper was safe. His style wouldn't be tolerated today.
