I imagine he will start - but why should nostalgia trump current form? We've got a player scoring every 90 minutes, we should probably try and play him for 90 minutes!!
I would normally start Mané every day of the week but the stats don’t lie. He’s on a barren run like I was back in 2003. How he (we) played in a final has no impact on tonight. Bench him, make him angry and then watch him bag 3 in each of the next few games.
Not that simple but if Jota starts Mane would literally be the last player after Salah I’d drop.
Manes effort even when off is miles better than Firmino

You have to hand it to City though - despite all that cash they at least waited for Pep G.

Would be great if we could ruin their season. Batter them in both legs and run their legs off too.
They've got Barcelona in between our games, so hopefully Barca pass their socks off too and soften them up for us.
