I remember watching Football Italia on C4 when I was a kid, Wilkins was the co-commentator then... He sent me right to sleep with his boring monotone voice over slow dross football.

Armstrong is somebody I like, yeah..

Is Tyler gone btw?

Martin Tyler's still there at Sky. I don't mind him at all.

James Richardson though, was and is still excellent.

I'd love to see Sky shake things up and stop aiming at the lowest common denominator.

Haha, iPhone and predictive text. Must have fat fingers ;-) James Richardson is another good shout. What's he up to these days?

I'd love to see him play. No one escapes his sharp tongue and he knows his stuff.

He had a couple of crackers on Monday, he started a line about West Brom hoping Hodgson would be able to bring more W's to ....

And had a nice little pop at Keys too.

I like Graham Taylor too.

So there.

So do I. David Pleat, on the other hand....I guess he's harmless, but the way he mangles players' names gets annoying after a while. It's all the more surprising when you consider he's of Polish Jewish origin himself.
