Much overused, but he gets the simple things right 90% of the time, bring ball under control quickly>looking up>no unnecessary touches>pass or shoot. I like it......

Yeah, he's a horrible twat. But has always been quite a talented horrible twat. Certainly he's twice the player Lucas is, but that's not really enough to make me want him to play for Liverpool after his many transgressions.

He's a good player all round; and looks exactly the type of combative midfielder who can actually "play" ie exactly what we need.
Now, Im in no way saying that what he has got himself into previously is any way justified, and he does seem a bit of a bellend, and is certainly Mr Fucking aggro, but why is he a "shitcunt" anymore than any number of modern day footballers?

He seems to have the aggro under a bit of control now though, but his reputation for being a massive bellend will always be there.
There was an interview with him over here a couple of weeks ago, and he came across quit well actually. Sounded like he has gotten his life back on track or whatever. Think he mentioned he had attended that Tony Adams place for drunken bellends.
