Isco could be on his way to the Premier League
The versatile midfielder is currently enjoying a fine run of form under Carlo Ancelotti, impressing in the absence of world-record signing Gareth Bale, despite being linked with a January move to the Premier League.
Real are loath to part ways with Isco, who has proved himself worth of playing in a number of positions, but reports in Spain claim that the club could be forced to sell one or two high-profile players as they prepare big-money moves for Bayern Munich's David Alaba and Cruzeiro's Lucas Romero.
The same outlets also believe that French champions PSG are in the market for Isco, and are ready to bid a whopping £64m for his services.
Ancelotti is apparently willing to sanction the move in exchange for the enormous fee, meaning that both Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers will also be able to offer Isco a contract should they decide to match PSG's bid.

Ex-Liverpool winger Albert Riera sacked by Udinese for skipping a match to play poker

Ex-Liverpool winger Albert Riera has been sacked by Udinese without ever playing a game for the Serie A club.

Riera, 32, joined the Zebretta over the summer, having played eight matches for Championship side Watford earlier in the year.

Despite being in Italy for several months, Riera, who once cost Liverpool £8m in 2008, never made an appearance for his employers, and over the weekend the midfielder was sacked by his club.

Two reasons have been forwarded for the player’s sacking.

According to many, Riera was given the boot after he missed a match in order to play in a poker tournament.

Riera then made sure he collected his P45 when he tweeted that Udinese were “the worst club” he had played for in his career.

Interestingly, Reira won £3,000 for a second-place finish at the poker tournament

Bruce Grobbelaar played with him for a while and rates him the hardest man he ever met in football.

Awww Good on him. I had the fear every time he got the ball but I always knew he gave it his best. Thanks for Istanbul Djimi.

My best memories of Traoré:

* His last ditch tackles with those spider legs. Prevented alot of goals.
* His goal line clearance in the CL final
* His cross, against Bolton I think, Biscan headed it in.

Bruno Perez, Torinos equalizer vs Juventus, could be classed as a solo effort, maybe.

Vidal went to cut him off, realised he was going to get beaten in the footrace and then backs off.

Can't believe he was allowed run that distance without anyone tackling him.

Great finish at the end.

Henry just quit the Red Bulls, no not Salzburg.
A lot of Arsenal fans want him back.
